Schedule.

I used Google Calender to form a Filming schedule for the production of our video. I was able to create a time period for the event, set reminders and attach the location of the event via the integrated map. We then printed out the schedule for each member of the production team - Camera Man and the actors. A copy was also issued to the school keeper to ensure that the space is available for recording.
